| Pampering for your Pooch A complete SPAw experience! The Staff of Dog Haven, LLC strives for 100% Customer Satisfaction We are a state of the art grooming salon. Your dog will be groomed in a safe, clean, caring environment with the love and attention we give our own dogs. We will gladly give you a tour, demonstrate our professional equipment and allow you to see where your dog will be groomed. We want your dog's experience to be a pleasurable one that they will enjoy and look forward to. Many of our four footed customers drag their owners in with enthusiasm! During check-in, we will ask you how you want your dog groomed and complete a short profile, recording any special requirements or concerns. If it is your first time with us, please feel free to bring photographs or other examples of what you envision. Our goal is to style your dogs coat to your liking, in a clip that can be easily maintained at home. We try to save coats (versus shaving), but if a recent dog grooming hasn't been possible with your busy schedule, it is sometimes best to go short and start over. While here, your dog will receive a gentle, massaging bath to clean the skin and haircoat. We have many shampoo types or can use what your veterinarian prescribes. After a thorough rinse, your dog will be individually hand dried. Let us amaze you with our de-shedding treatment for double coated breeds. It is truly a 'furricane' in the grooming salon! Breed styling will be done to AKC Standards, taking into consideration any special instructions you provide. We will also go over your dog 'nose to tail' and report any concerns for you to discuss with your veterinarian. All full service grooming includes: Bath Nail trim Ear cleaning Gland expression (upon request) Thorough hand drying Styling per Breed |
| As of December 1, 2011 Grooming Salon Rate $45 per hour Coat type, style, pet behavior, grooming frequency (or lack of!) can all affect the amount of time it takes to completely groom your dog. There will be a 50% cancellation charge added to the next grooming for missed appointments without 24 hour notice. |
Things you can do to make your dog's SPAw visit more enjoyable
(and affordable!):
1. Withhold breakfast on grooming day and take your dog 'out' prior to arrival
to prevent a re-bathing charge due to soiling a clean coat.
2. Brush your dog at home between appointments or bring him/her in for a
brushing treatment.
3. Select a realistic style for your lifestyle and ability to maintain. Many
breeds look adorable with a short haircut. Ask us for recommendations!
4. Pick up your dog as soon as we call to avoid a daycare charge.
5. Allow us to schedule your next appointment (at the appropriate interval)
before you leave.

| If you would like to leave your dog with us while you run errands, go to the lake, go to work, etc., we offer a day care at a reduced rate of $10. We will take your dog out for an exercise break, give them a fresh bucket of water, a soft bed to lie on, and a secure kennel to relax in. Let us know when making the appointment that you'd like our day care service too! |
