| The care, safety, and comfort of your dog(s) is our #1 concern. We treat each pet as one of our own while they stay with us. Have a cuddler that needs holding and extra love? Or an athlete that needs lots of exercise? Or a dog with special needs? We can take care of them all. Each kennel has a sliding door that opens to a covered, chain link fenced outdoor area that is equal to the indoor space - doubling the room. Dogs are let "out for business" throughout the day. When the weather is mild, doors are left open so the dogs can choose to snooze indoors or enjoy the sights and sounds outside. All dogs go out for 'last call' between 10 - 11 pm before 'biscuit and bedtime'! (Click to enlarge images) Recess! Included with each dog's stay is a daily, individual, outdoor, off-leash playtime in our securely fenced yards. We encourage you to bring fetchable toys if your dog likes them. Extra recess - or just plain 'cuddle time' is also available for $7 for each session. Did someone say 'FOOD?!' We feed twice a day, your kibble or ours. We recommend bringing food from home for finicky dogs or those with weak tummies. A boarding stay is not the best time to introduce new items that might cause digestive upset. We will take care of any special meal accommodations, supplements, or medicines - as long as you bring the supplies. Please bring only the amount of food necessary, individually bagged and labeled with your dog's name. We provide (chewproof) stainless steel food dishes and water buckets which are sanitized between every use. Bedding and Toys Washable bedding is welcomed and recommended for non-destructive dogs. If your dog uses a crate, we will be happy to continue the same schedule here if you bring it. Be sure to reserve a large enough kennel to accommodate the crate. We encourage the use of safe chew toys such as Kong products, Tirebiters, Nylabones, and natural hard bones. Rawhide and small toys are discouraged, due to the risk of choking or blockage. |
